INGREDIENTS:

1 Pack of Asian Home Gourmet Thai Tom Yum Soup Spice Paste

1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

8 ounces whole large or jumbo shrimp (heads and shells on)

3 cups water

Cilantro Leaves (for garnish)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Peel the shrimp and remove the heads (Your choice)

2.Add water in heavy-bottomed pot, pour Asian Home Gourmet Thai Tom Yum Soup Spice Paste and bring to boil over high heat for 30minutes.

3.Add mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes.

4.Add shrimp and simmer for 30seconds to 1 minute depending on their size, until they’re just cooked through.
