Thai Tom Yum Soup

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of Asian Home Gourmet Thai Tom Yum Soup Spice Paste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

8 ounces whole large or jumbo shrimp (heads and shells on)

3 cups water

Cilantro Leaves (for garnish)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel the shrimp and remove the heads. (Your choice)

2.Add water in a heavy-bottomed pot, pour Asian Home Gourmet Thai Tom Yum Soup Spice Paste and bring to boil over high heat for 30mins.

3.Add mushrooms and simmer for another 5 mins.

4.Add shrimp and simmer for 30seconds to 1 minute depending on their size, until they’re just cooked through.

5.Add lime juice. (Optional)

6.Garnish with Cilantro leaves and remove from heat.
