          And on the other hand, Samosa is a fried South Asian Pastry with a savory filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, meat or fish. It may take different forms, including triangular, cone or half-moon shapes.


Ingredients:

1 Pack Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Rendang Curry Spice Paste

250g Chicken (minced)

1(150g) Potato cut into small cubes

1 cup (100g) Frozen mixed Vegetables

1 cup (220ml) Water

1 Pack Frozen Spring Roll Pastry (thawed before use)

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions:

1.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok or saucepan on medium heat.

2.Add Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Rendang Curry Spice Paste and chicken; stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add Potato; stir fry for 3 minutes.

4.Add mixed vegetable and water; stir fry until cooked and dry. Set aside to cool.

5.Put the filling at the end of the pastry and fold the pastry into a triangular shape.

6.Pre-heat oil in a saucepan on medium.

7.Fry Samosa (the folded triangular pastry) until golden brown.

8. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
