Ingredients:

1 Pack Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Chicken Curry Spice Paste

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

350g Chicken pieces

2 Potatoes (cut into cubes)

2 cups Coconut Milk

1 medium size Carrot (optional)

Red and Green Bell Pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan on medium low-heat. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Chicken Curry Spice Paste and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Coconut Milk and bring to boil.
  4. Reduced heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked.
