Pad Thai is a popular Thai noodle dish made with stir-fried rice noodles, eggs, tofu, peanuts, and a tangy-sweet tamarind sauce. It’s often garnished with lime wedges, chopped green onions, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pad Thai is a beloved dish in Thailand and has gained worldwide popularity for its delicious flavors and satisfying texture. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package Real Thai Pad Thai Paste 
  • 8 ounces rice noodles 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 4 ounces tofu, cubed 
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts 
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions 
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice 

Instructions: 

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, or according to package instructions. 
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. 
  3. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 
  4. Add the Pad Thai paste to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. 
  5. Add the cooked rice noodles and toss to coat with the paste. 
  6. Add the tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. 
  7. Stir in the scrambled eggs, peanuts, and green onions. 
  8. Toss to combine. 
  9. Just before serving, squeeze the lime juice over the Pad Thai.
