Ingredients:
2 packs Indomie instant noodles
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ cup water
1 egg
¼ cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
- Cook the Mi Goreng instant noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, kecap manis, chili garlic sauce, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Add water as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your liking.
- Divide the noodles among two bowls. Top with cooked egg and chopped peanuts.
