Ingredients:
2 packs Indomie instant noodles
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ cup water
1 egg
¼ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Mi Goreng instant noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, kecap manis, chili garlic sauce, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Add water as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your liking.
  5. Divide the noodles among two bowls. Top with cooked egg and chopped peanuts.
