Ingredients:
2 packs Indomie Mi Goreng Pedas Hot & Spicy
5-8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 small squid, cleaned and sliced
5 mussels, scrubbed and cleaned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
Water

Instructions:

  1. Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the chili oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the shrimp turn orange.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the seafood and seasoning packets.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped scallions or cilantro if desired.
