Ingredients:
2 packs Indomie Mi Goreng Pedas Hot & Spicy
5-8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 small squid, cleaned and sliced
5 mussels, scrubbed and cleaned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions:
- Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the chili oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the shrimp turn orange.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the seafood and seasoning packets.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped scallions or cilantro if desired.
