Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup Kecap Manis
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 table spoon soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, Kecap Manis, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, black pepper, garlic powder, garlic, and onion powder. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
