A popular Filipino dish featuring thinly sliced beef steak marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. The beef is typically pan-fried or grilled until tender and juicy, then topped with sautéed onions and served with a side of calamansi wedges. The tangy and savory flavors of the marinade, combined with the sweetness of the onions and the tartness of the calamansi, make Bistek Tagalog a beloved and satisfying meal.
