Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Kecap Manis
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Calamansi wedges
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and Kecap Manis. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to an hour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef slices and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
- Add the marinade and add calamansi juice until preferred tanginess.
