A stir-fried rice noodle dish with a sweet-savory-sour sauce scattered with crushed peanuts, commonly served as a street food in Thailand as part of the country’s cuisine. Now it’s made easy with our Asian Home Gourmet Thai Pad Thai Noodles Spice Paste in a convenient sachet and very easy to prepare.

INGERDIENTS:
1Pack Asian Home Gourmet Thai Pad Thai Noodles Spice Paste
3 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
250g (1/2lb.) shelled Prawns
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
120g (4oz) dried rice noodles or bean vermicelli (to soften the noodles and vermicelli, follow pack instructions)
1/4 cup (50g) fresh bean sprouts
2 tbsp crushed peanuts
Lime wedges and chives or spring onions (cut into 2.5 cm for garnish
Fish Sauce and a pinch of sugar as optional seasoning
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on high heat.
2.Add Prawns and stir fry for 1 minute. Add egg and scramble until cook for 1 minute.
3.Add noodles or vermicelli and Asian Home Gourmet Thai Pad Thai Noodle Spice Paste.
4.Mix well, toss the noodles well until sauce is absorbed by the noodles. Cook 2-3mins or until the noodles are heated through.
5.Add bean sprouts; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add peanuts and mix well. Toss through quickly and remove from heat.
6. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
