Red Curry Soup with Spaghetti

           Red Curry Soup with Spaghetti is Thai dish consisting of red curry paste cooked in coconut milk with meat added, such as chicken, beef, pork, duck or shrimp, or vegetarian source such as tofu.

            It is a popular dish from Thailand that combines with the flavor of Thai red curry and Italian spaghetti. The dish is made by cooking spaghetti in a red curry soup base that is typically made with coconut milk, red curry pastes and other spices. 

INGREDIENTS:

100g Spaghetti Noodle

250g water

1tbsp Salt

1tbsp Oil

1 Pack Real Thai Ready-to-Cook Red Curry Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Spaghetti Noodles

1.Bring a pot and stir with boiling water.

2.Put the spaghetti noodle in the pot when water is boiled

3.Drain the cooked spaghetti before cooking the sauce.

  • Real Thai Red Curry

1.Pour the Real Thai Ready-to-cook Red Curry sauce into a medium saucepan; boil and stir occasionally.

2.If desired, add meat and vegetables stir for 1 minute.

3.Transfer to a bowl and serve promptly with spaghetti noodles as prepared.
